✔ Attendance Allowance £295.00
✔ Pension Credit £150.00

✔ Housing & Council Tax Benefit £150.00

✔ Carers Allowance £ 50.00
✔ SR1 applications £ 50.00
Benefit Renewals charged as per above fees (however, where we undertook original application the renewal fee will be 50% of above fees).
Please note Blue Badge applications incur an additional £10 charge payable direct to: East Sussex County Council.
No Success, No Fee
For new Attendance Allowance and Pension Credit Claims (ie: you are not currently receiving the benefit) we ONLY charge if the claim is Awarded, ensuring a risk free service.
It usually takes ten to twelve weeks for most claims to be assessed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
If awarded the claims are backdated to the date of application, so fees for successful claims do not need to be settled with us until you receive this payment from the DWP. Making our fee more affordable.
