No Success, No Fee
For new Attendance Allowance and Pension Credit Claims (ie: you are not currently receiving the benefit) we ONLY charge if the claim is Awarded, ensuring a risk free service.
It usually takes ten to twelve weeks for most claims to be assessed by the Department for Works and Pension (DWP).
If awarded the claims are backdated to the date of application, so fees for successful claims do not need to be settled with us until you receive this payment from the DWP. Making our fee more affordable.
